You’ll be responsible for managing all aspects of key marketing partnerships, beginning with the development of strategic plans all the way through execution. This includes leading strategic relationships, partnerships, and acquisitions into integrate consumer marketing plans that deliver results.
What You’ll Do for Us
Creates annual channel plans, strategies, capabilities and tools for specific On-Premise channels. Current channel support is for travel and cinema but can vary based on business needs. Works collaboratively through the system to bring tangible tools, solutions, and strategies to enable the sale of the annual channel plans.
This role involves holistic, integrated thinking across the Coca-Cola System, customers, and consumers. Responsibilities span many areas including: insights, opportunity identification and prioritization, developing and deploying initiatives, capability building, project management, collaborating with customer marketing and sales teams, and interfacing directly with customers as needed. The role is highly cross-functional, with collaboration required across many teams (O2O, Category Commercialization, Assets, Sustainability, RGM, Capabilities, Freestyle, Human Insights, Growth Managers, Marketing and Sales).
Base Salary: $99,400 to $121,300
Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, are offered.
Qualification & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing or related field.
- 3+ years of prior experience translating objectives into strategies and plans. Proven success in executing a comprehensive plan that is integrated across multiple consumer touch points.
- Proven track record of sustainable results.
- Must be achievement oriented and possess the ability to juggle priorities and move swiftly from project to project.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional project teams and influence others.
- Strong written and oral communication skills, effective time manager, and self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit.
