II. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Work with Operations Department releasing production orders, GTP orders, maintaining shop floor orders, and assist with other duties in operations as needed.
- Check new chassis arrivals for wiring and/or program parameter settings and correct as needed to make chassis ready for hoist mounting
- Work with production, engineering, and vendors to improve integration of Galbreath products
- Technical service/support backup/assistance
- Work with sales to insure sales dept. and customers understand the chassis requirements for programming any customer features.
- Other duties as assigned
III. Qualifications
The requirements listed below are representative of the qualifications necessary to perform the job.
A. Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or GED equivalency minimum with preference of 2 year technical associates degree
- Experience with trucks and chassis preferred.
- Experience in a manufacturing setting
- Other Knowledge, Skills or Abilities Required
- Computer literacy, Microsoft Office Suite and Publisher and other document systems required to develop quality systems and instruction.
- Ability to adapt and troubleshoot
- Ability to interact verbally and in writing with production personnel, customers, suppliers and the like in a professional manor.
