Job description
Hectors Fine Food and Spirits of Laconia is seeking a passionate and organized full time Chef / Kitchen Manager. The successful candidate must have demonstrated experience managing a professional kitchen and will be responsible for staff management, food ordering, scheduling, menu prep, and leading the line. Catering experience a plus.

Proven experience
Ability to provide leadership and work effectively in a team environment
Ability to work day and evening hours Monday through Saturday as scheduled
