CSO - Chief Security Officer

The Chief Security Officer (CSO) is responsible for the safety of all employees, products, andthe facility as a whole. The CSO is involved in evaluating current procedures and practices and assessing for safety concerns, identifying and resolving security issues, supervising security operations and security personnel, developing and executing new security plans, ordering equipment for security as needed, training security personnel as needed, and acting as a key liaison between the company and public law enforcement or similar agencies.

Ideal qualifications for the Chief Security Officer position include:

● Ten years of experience in security management

● CISSP or equivalent security certification(s), or 5+ years of DIRECT experience, covering BOTH physical and information security.

● Demonstrated knowledge of Professional Protection Best Practices

● Any additional professionally recognized certifications in the security-related field

● Strong time management, record keeping, analytical and problem-solving skill

● MBA in Business Administration, Security Management degree, or equal professional experience across the two.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $150,000.00 - $198,000.00 per year
