The Child & Family Therapists/Psychotherapists provide individual, group, and family therapy for the children in care. They are responsible for assuming leadership of the treatment teams, providing clinical consultation to the direct-service staff, developing treatment plans, running treatment team meetings and maintaining daily documentation. Applicants will be evaluated on clinical skills, leadership and teamwork capacities, as well as experience.
The position requires a Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling or a related field. Therapists, licensed in Pennsylvania, receive a $2,000 pay differential. Applicants must be at least 21 years of age, possess a valid driver’s license and have basic computer skills. Pennsylvania Childline, Criminal, and FBI clearances will be processed.
