Responsibilities

• Greet patients as soon as they arrive and connect them with the appropriate party.
• Answer the phone in a timely manner and direct calls to the correct offices
• Create and manage both digital and hard copy filing systems for all patients
• Additional responsibilities will be added as the business needs increase

Skills

• Exceptional customer service skills and professional phone manner
• Experience with Electronic Health Records and insurance will make this transition easier
• Great math skills
• Exceptional writing skills
• Typing speed of at least 70 WPM
• Great attitude and enhanced work ethic

Available work hours: Monday thru Friday 8-6:30

Shifts will be set according to office needs.

Pay will be commensurate with experience and will be discussed at the time of hire.
