Morris & Ritchie Associates, Inc. (MRA) is currently seeking an experienced Civil Engineer with 10 or more years of experience for the Land Division in our Wilmington, Delaware office. Civil Engineers in this role will be responsible for hands-on design and management of land development and water resources projects from initial project planning through preparation of construction documents and permitting. Civil Engineer candidates should have experience in private land development, including site plan design, roadways, permitting, erosion/sediment control (ESC) design, and experience in storm water management (SWM). Utility work experience, i.e., laying out water mains, sewer (gravity or force mains), gas pipelines, etc. is a plus. Civil Engineer salary is competitive and commensurate with experience.

Successful civil engineer candidates should have the following qualifications and experience:

• 10+ Years of Experience in Private Land Development as Described Above
• Professional Engineer preferred
• Business Development experience
• Proficiency in recent version of AutoCAD. Civil 3D preferred but not required
• Excellent Verbal and Written Communication

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
