PAY DISCRIPTION:

Drivers are paid weekly. Pay is calculated by the load. The driver will make $0.50/mile OR percentage of the load (average rate $0.60 or MORE). Driver will receive the GREATER of the two!! The driver always comes out on top!

REQUIREMENTS:

-Must have 2 years driving experience.

-Valid Class A CDL

-Acceptable driving record

-Stable and verifiable work history

-Must be self-motivated and be customer oriented.

-Operate an Electronic Log Device (ELD) for compliance.

-Drivers are paid $.50 per mile or percentage of the hauled load (whichever is GREATER) weekly.

-10 paid holidays Including: Floating Holiday (to be used any approved day), Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving (2 days), Christmas (2 days), New Year’s (2 days)

- 90 days - 2 years employee receives 40 hours vacation pay, 2 years - 10 years employee receives 80 hours vacation pay, 10 years - 15 years employee receives 120 hours vacation pay, 15 years or more receives 160 hours vacation.

-After 1 year of service with the company all employees have the option to participate in the 401K plan. The company will match up to 4%.
