About this role:

Xtreme Clean is seeking a dynamic part time Service Associate who will be responsible for our Traverse City location. This individual will be responsible for maintaining the Xtreme Clean DNA at this location through daily cleaning, maintenance, and organization of the site. They will collaborate closely with the management team members to ensure their wash site is held to the highest standards of cleanliness and functionality. They will also be responsible for deep cleaning of their bays weekly, as well daily cleanliness of their site and mechanical room.

• General aptitude with machinery, hydraulics, computers, plumbing, and electrical wiring

• Competent with Smart Phone apps and Microsoft products
• Works well independently as well with a team

The roles and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

• Daily Early Morning Clean-Up of Wash Site
• Daily Early Morning Spray Down of All Wash Bays
• Minimum of 1 full deep cleaning of All Wash Bays
• Resetting machines as needed
• Customer Service
• Cleaning and maintaining grounds / equipment
• Light maintenance of car wash equipment
• Variety of tasks depending on the day

Requirements:

• Ability to work with various cleaning chemicals on a regular basis
• Valid driver’s license
• Clean driving record
• Access to reliable transportation (no public transportation please)
• Must pass a drug test prior to and during employment
• Able to pass a background check
• Ability to work Mornings (Non-Negotiable) (Be able to start working between 5am-8am)
• Weekend availability

Pay:

$15/hr. Starting pay

• Mornings (Typical Start Times between 5am-8am)

Experience:

• Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)
• Mechanical (Basic Maintenance and Repair): 1 year (Preferred)
• Basic Knowledge of Technology (cloud based resources, mobile app navigation, Microsoft Windows) Use: 1 year (Preferred)

Single location (Availability to work in another market as needed - Preferred)
