Sea Ranch C Club Condominiums is looking for an experienced and energetic employee to be part of the team for the Housekeeping Division.

The following duties are required for this position. Please do not apply if you are not able to do easy to moderate lifting. The following duties are as follows:

. To remove the garbage bins from the trash rooms and to drive the garbage bin mule to the curbside for pick up. Three (3) times a week.

· General cleaning in the lower and upper garages of the Association. Sweeping and general cleaning.

· Place the recycle bins out weekly.

· Cleaning of the catwalks for the building which includes sweeping and mopping. We have a machine to assist in this process.

· Cleaning of the stairwells.

· Pressure cleaning.

· Clean windows inside and out.

Hours are Monday to Friday 7:30 AM to 3:30PM. Paid holidays, vacation time, PTO and health insurance included. Start pay is $14.50 an hour, with a $.50 cent raise after 90 days.
