Job description

Cleaning technician needed for Residential & Commercial Cleaning. This position will focus mostly on our Commercial Clients; including routine janitorial & post-construction cleaning. No experience needed, will train the right candidate.
Must have reliable motor vehicle transportation (need to be able to move cleaning equipment and supplies if needed), a smart phone, and be a self-motivated individual. This position has a potential for a lot of driving. Candidates must be comfortable driving up to an hour to destinations and comfortable driving at night and in all conditions. Routine janitorial tasks are performed in office settings, whereas construction cleaning is outside and likely in all weather conditions. Residential cleaning is predominately vacation rentals and change of occupancy units.
Pay $18-21 DOE.
