Smith Wynd CPA is seeking a Client Concierge to join our firm and provide exceptional project management, administrative support, and client service to our valued clients.
Tell me about the job duties (aka key responsibilities but not all encompassing):
- First point of contact and provide outstanding customer service to clients, ensuring that all inquiries are addressed in a timely and professional manner.
- Work closely with the CPA Partner, Tax, Accounting, Fulfillment, and Wealth Management teams to ensure the execution of all projects.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, answering inquiries and directing calls to the appropriate staff members.
- Schedule and manage appointments with clients, ensuring that all parties are notified of the details and confirming appointments as necessary.
- Manage the client database, updating client information as needed and ensuring that all client files are accurate and up-to-date.
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including typing and filing documents, managing correspondence, entering information in the electronic and visual workflow system, and processing invoices and payments.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure that all client needs are met and that projects are executed effectively and efficiently.
- Communicate regularly with clients to ensure their satisfaction and to identify opportunities to provide additional services.

What are the must haves (aka minimum requirements):
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Project management experience.
- Professionalism in speech and actions.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to develop and cultivate client relationships.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Zoom and MS Teams.
- No formal college degree required - studies in Business Administration, Finance, or Sales would be highly regarded.
