We are looking for a Client Services Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients, responding to inquiries in a timely manner and ensuring that all client needs are met. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as an ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks efficiently. The successful candidate will also be expected to keep up with industry trends and be able to provide insights on how to best serve our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner.
• Provide accurate information to customers.
• Maintain customer records and databases.
• Resolve customer complaints and disputes in a professional manner.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers.
• Assist in the development of client service policies and procedures.
• Identify opportunities for improvement in customer service processes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
