Wychmere Beach Club, Cape Cod's premier wedding destination, is seeking to add a full-time year-round Client Specialist to our team. The Client Specialist performs a number of daily tasks focused in support of the Sales and Events teams at Wychmere Beach Club.

This individual will assist with greeting guests to the property for sales meetings, tours, or day of events. They also assist with the processing of incoming sales leads for new events and provide support to our event planning specialists. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in the world of high-end event sales and planning.

The ideal candidate has an outgoing personality and enjoys interacting with people as they will be highly visible to our guests and the key point of contact to ensure a warm and engaging arrival experience.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills:

• 1-2 years of experience in the hospitality industry or a recent hospitality/event management graduate
• Proficient in Computer Skills - Microsoft Office, Triple Seat, etc.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and customer service skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and problem solving abilities
• Highly responsible and reliable
• Require ability to work flexible hours, evenings and weekends
• Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time

Schedule: 5 days a week: typically Sunday, Monday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $21.00 per hour
