Job Description
Position: Client Support Administrator
Reports To: Director, Certifiably Diverse
Type: Full-Time, Exempt
Location: Norcross, GA, Hybrid or Remote
The Customer Support Administrator assists the CD Director in onboarding new clients and ongoing support of existing clients onto the Certifiably Diverse SaaS platform. This requires the ability to build and fortify client relationships, provide next-level customer service, and excel at hitting and exceeding related departmental goals.
Qualifications:
· BS in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a relevant field
· 2-5+ years of experience with high-performing results in customer service, procurement, purchasing, and/or project management
· 2-5+ years of experience executing supplier DEI initiatives
· SaaS platform experience
· Experience in the medical field is desirable
· Demonstrated ability to consistently surpass minimum sales goals
· Must possess critical thinking, strong planning, time management, and organizational skills
· Experience with online software applications, Mail Chimp, Zoom, ZOHO, and SharePoint
· Proficient in Microsoft Office – Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
· Strong computer aptitude with new applications
· Demonstrated belief in and practice of company Core Values
· Excellent interpersonal, presentation, written, verbal skills
· Ability to work with a strong sense of urgency, stay even-tempered during unpredictable business outcomes, handle multiple tasks at any given time, and show initiative daily in a fast-paced team environment
· Current US work authorization required.
· Must be detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, simultaneously.
Responsibilities:
· Manage the onboarding of new clients.
· Ensure tracking and communication with clients and potential clients through a weekly report with data from Ring Central, Leadfeeder, ZOHO, and other sources.
· Generate and track bulk communications and ensure data is clean in Mail Chimp.
· Timely communication with various departments.
· Vet suppliers by researching credentials and other business-related information.
· Source new potential clients.
· Conduct training and create FAQ’s for client users
· Reset passwords for users and suppliers
· Create user activity report analysis
· Provide weekly activity reporting with proactive strategic recommendations
· Other duties as assigned.
Work Environment:
Corporate office and/or home office work environment. When working in the corporate office or home office confidentiality of company information must be maintained.

The employee may occasionally lift or move office products and supplies, up to 20 pounds.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
