Compensation:
- Hourly, non-exempt
- New hires can expect to be placed on our starting wage scale of $19.95 to $23.46 per hour
- Based on performance, there is room to grow on our full wage scale of $19.95 to $26.92 per hour
Work Schedule:
- Full time, 40 hours
- M-F with Saturday rotation (includes 10% shift differential)
- Specific schedule to be determined upon hire

Job Summary
As a Clinic Receptionist for Unity Care NW, you will provide excellent customer service to our patients and vendors, check patients in for their appointments and you will help to inform patients of all services UCNW provides.

- High school education or GED
- One year of experience in customer service
- Must have general office skills, including excellent data entry and computing skills.
- Basic knowledge of computers, including Microsoft Office products (must be proficient with Outlook and Word).
- Proficient keyboarding skills, be able to input patient data quickly and accurately, and have the ability to use office equipment (fax, photo copier, phone system).
- Must demonstrate excellent communication and customer service skills in a demanding fast paced environment.
- Must be able to understand and respond effectively and with sensitivity to special population groups, including those defined by race, ethnicity, language, age, gender, sexual orientation, economic standing, & others.
Preferred Qualifications (not required)
- AA degree or technical certificate
- Previous medical or dental office experience
- Previous experience with underserved populations and cultural competency
