Work Schedule :
100% FTE, day shift. Typical schedule is weekday business hours between 8:00AM – 5:00PM. Occasional need for weekend or evening hours is possible, but expected to be rare. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.

We are seeking a Clinical Operations Assistant to:
- Coordinate administrative aspects of the department, specifically projects and initiatives supported by the department, including preparation of reports, researching triaging requests and referrals, updating workflows and policies, procedures, manuals, and administrative tools.
- Provide administrative support for the following initiatives, supported by Ambulatory Care Model teams:
- Patient Support Funds
- Advance Care Planning
- Social Determinants of Health
- Other projects/programs as needed
- Aide in the organization and review of incoming requests/referrals and provide timely feedback to ensure departmental staff are able to respond to the needs of patients and families.

Education :
Minimum – High School diploma or equivalent.
Preferred – Associate’s Degree in Business Administration or related field.
Work Experience :
Minimum – One (1) year of experience in an administrative support role.
Preferred – Three (3) years of experience in an administrative support function. Previous experience in a health care setting.
