Job description

• Responsible for obtaining all documents needed in order to complete closing
• Secure lender, seller and/or broker approval of all loan closing related documents;
• Coordinate and confirm closing dates, location, documentation, and proceeds due at closing with borrowers;
• Ensure that all funding conditions have been met in accordance with applicable law and client instructions;
• Communicate effectively with all related parties to facilitate transactional needs;
• Resolve document related issues, as necessary;
• All other duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent;
• 2 or more years of practical experience in the Title Insurance Industry and closing real estate transactions;
• Purchase closings experience.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
• Customer service oriented;
• Proficient in MS Office and like computer software.

Salary: Negotiable, based on knowledge and experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
