What You’ll Do
Practice Building
- Oversee overall growth of practice area through a combination of relationship building, thought leadership, solution offering development, and representing Slaloms capabilities throughout the market.
- Collaborate with vendors and alliance partners to bring best in class offerings to scale impact at our clients.
Team Development
- Maximize team performance through an effective team approach that increases productivity, job satisfaction, and constant meaningful feedback.
Engagement Management
- Manage engagement risk, project economics including planning and budgeting, managing accounts receivable, defining deliverable content, and ensuring buy-in of proposed solutions from top management levels at the client.
- Manage executive and Senior executive-level client stakeholder relationships.
What You’ll Bring
- Inspiration and mentorship of next generation of technical leaders
- Demonstrated success architecting cloud-based solutions, including systems integrations preferably with Azure, AWS, and/or Google Cloud (GCP) and working cross functionally across practice teams and business units.
- Experience building and managing cloud technology including migrating workloads to the cloud and cloud native software development practices and processes.
- Proven history of leveraging and growing existing client base; organic business development responsibilities, i.e. growing new account/clients from the ground up
- Expert business operations experience (e.g., invoicing, SOW, margins, utilization) including managing P/Ls.
