Chatham Hills is an exclusive Residential and Pete Dye Golf Course Community in Westfield, Indiana. The Club at Chatham Hills offers modern, state-of-the-art amenities in an upscale setting while delivering exceptional service to our members and guests. The Club offers an 18 hole Championship Golf Course, 9 hole Executive Golf Course, incredible golf practice facilities, indoor and outdoor swimming pool, tennis & pickleball, private events/banquet facilities, two-story Rec Center with fitness center (and group fitness classes), drop-in childcare, basketball gym and bowling alley.

We are currently looking at a leader to our team who is organized, creative, and passionate about all aspects of the country club experience.The Club Manager of Chatham Hills Country Club shall be responsible for the day to day operations of the Club, reporting directly to the Henke Development Chief Operations Officer. This position is responsible for all aspects of the club’s management with special attention given to clubhouse operations leadership with respect to food and beverage management, fitness management, membership, golf all while maximizing overall member satisfaction. This position will create, implement and monitor all of the club’s budgets and be accountable for the overall profitability and financial management aspects of the club. This position will represent Chatham Hills within the community, local businesses and industry.

  • Responsible for overall membership services to ensure an outstanding experience for all Chatham Hills Members
  • Responsible for all financial management aspects of the club’s business including but not inclusive of; club bank accounts, accounts payable / receivables, audit controls and account reconciliations. This position will provide financial reporting to the club’s development on a monthly basis.
  • Establish and maintain a “best practices” approach in controlling expenses while maintaining member satisfaction.
  • Provide financial oversight for all capital purchases.
  • Implement productivity and cost savings opportunities that do not detract from member / guest quality and service standards.
  • Make recommendations as needed to adjustment of budgets, changes in cash flow needs and other financial matters are to be communicated on a timely basis to Club Ownership, with appropriate suggestions for remedial action.
  • Serves as the Facility Manager for the entire property.
  • Improves and maintains the club’s web site to ensure the site attracts outside club interaction and provides member service information in an easy to use experience. • Fully utilize and improve the use of the club’s available technology, including but not inclusive of the Foretees System.
  • Oversees the development and successful implementation of all marketing and member relations programs.
  • Hire, train and manage all Directoral staff.
  • Manage and clearly define direct reports goals and objectives. Providing consistent feedback towards continuous improvements.• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, hospitality management, or related field of study from an accredited university, minimum of 5 years experience in golf course management; solid computer skills including MS Office.
  • Previous experience of managing an operating budget with P&L responsibilities.
  • Previous management experience with including managing direct reports
  • Expertise in service excellence and high-end recreational programs. • Direct experience managing food and beverage operations, golf operations, as well as fitness and recreation operations.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
