Job description
We are a growing company and have multiple roles open for PCA (Patient Care Assistant), CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant), and CLS (Community Living Support). You will provide outstanding client care and physical support for clients and residents on a daily basis.

WE PROVIDE CPR TRAINING!
- Provide physical support for clients or residents with daily activities and personal hygiene, including bathing, dressing, getting out of bed, using the toilet, walking, standing, or exercising.
- Ensuring clients and residents receive appropriate diet by reviewing their dietary restrictions, food allergies, and preferences.
- Measuring and recording food and liquid intake and urinary and fecal output and reporting changes to medical or nursing staff.
- Examining clients and residents to detect issues requiring medical care, including open wounds, bruises, or blood in urine.
- Noting observations of clients behavior, including complaints, or physical symptoms to nurses.
- Assisting with lifting.
- Provide for activities of daily living by assisting with serving meals, feeding clients or residents as necessary, turning, and positioning residents or clients; and providing fresh water and nourishment between meals.
- Document actions by completing daily notes, forms, reports, logs, and records.
- Maintains work operations by following policies and procedures.
- Ensure to attend company trainings and meetings.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
We prefer a high school diploma or certification in CNA. We will train staff if needed and allow them to work along with experienced care givers until they have demonstrated a full understanding of responsibilities and duties in the homes.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to drive, stand and walk.

All staff are required to wear masks on duty and in all offices. Pre-employment must include recent Covid test within 5 days prior to interview. Covid tests are required monthly. Vaccine is recommended, yet not required for employment.
