We are currently seeking full time, experienced AR Specialists for our Billing Department in East Hanover, NJ. Ideal candidates will have strong knowledge of AR follow up and denial management, must possess strong verbal and written communication skills, and must be highly motivated with the ability to work independently.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of billing and accounts receivable experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize workload independently.
Ability to work in fast paced and changing Healthcare Industry.
Experience in Practice management systems, Microsoft office suite and payer software solutions such as Navinet, Availity and payer specific websites for claims status.
