We are looking for an exceptional individual to be one of the college counseling coaches inside our signature college consulting program, Passion Project Bootcamp (PPBC).

Julie Kim Consulting (Passion Prep) is a college consulting company that offers services exclusively to students and parents who are aiming to gain admissions to Ivy Leagues and Top-tier colleges by using our tried and tested, Passion Project System. Our company culture is based on 3 core values: Integrity, Impact, and Fun.

As a PPBC College Consulting Coach, you will be trained to learn our Passion Project System and support our current students with any of their questions inside the Circle Student Community.

You will be responsible for ensuring that each and every question is answered professionally and is provided with an exceptional, positive, and successful experience. All interactions will take place inside our Circle Student Community.

Responsibilities:

• Promptly answering students’ questions inside the Circle Student Community (Mon-Fri)
• Take training materials necessary including monthly trainings provided by Julie (Mon-Fri)
• Communicate with Julie (CEO) and Integrator on the progress and questions of students
• Watch Monthly Live Q&A recordings hosted by Julie

Skills:

• The ability to provide detailed explanations and clearly communicate with the students inside the Circle Student Community
• The ability to solve problems and successfully suggest solutions to the students inside the Circle Student Community
• Values and practices growth mindset
• Exceptional writing and grammar skills
• Detail-oriented
• Execute quality support with patience, compassion, accuracy, professionalism, and positivity
• Dedication to promptly and successfully resolving student inquiries
• Love for teaching and coaching high school students

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree from a Top 50 University/College in the United States
• Experience with middle and/or high school students is preferred
• This position requires 6 hours per week
• The hours are flexible within specifically allotted time frames and you will be required to have a personal laptop
• The compensation for this position is $600 USD per month (Fixed)
