Responsibilities

• Generate new customer leads, form a positive relationship with each customer, and recommend and sell heating, ventilation, or air conditioning products to leads and current customers
• Assist HVAC specialists who install, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC equipment by contacting customers
• Provide quotes about the recommended service
• Write proposals and contracts
• Design HVAC systems
• Follow-through to the close
• Read and understand and interpret blueprints
• Demonstrate the willingness to accept responsibility and leadership roles
• Understand and communicate the benefits of preventative maintenance

Job requirements

• Honesty, integrity, and trustworthy
• Clean Background and Drug test
• Driver's license
• Clear Communication skills
• Sales Skills in service contracts
• Must have experience selling service contracts B2B, preferably Commercial HVAC Service Contracts
• Self-starter and a desire to become an owner of the company
• Understanding of HVAC systems
• Customer service skills and the ability to communicate clearly, ideas and explanations of problems to customers and coworkers
• Must be authorized to work in the US
