Commercial Sales Representative
Job description
We are a dynamic and growing automotive dealership seeking a motivated and experienced Commercial Sales Representative to join our team. This exciting opportunity has arisen due to our expansion plans and a retirement within our Sales Department. If you have a proven track record in sales and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, this position is for you!
Pay: $75,000 - $150,000 per year; depending on job performance
Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential local companies as target customers for Ford Trucks and Vans.
- Conduct sales visits and presentations to introduce and sell our commercial vehicles.
- Collaborate with a team of Commercial Service Representatives to ensure seamless customer experience.
- Provide outstanding customer service, including arranging pick-up and delivery for servicing needs.
- Work independently and be accountable for managing your time effectively while away from the dealership.
- Strive for customer satisfaction by paying attention to detail and meeting their unique requirements.
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic and a desire to achieve sales targets and exceed expectations.
Requirements:
- Previous sales experience is essential, although not necessarily in the automotive field.
- Route sales experience is a plus and will be highly valued.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively engage with potential customers.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities to close deals successfully.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
- Detail-oriented mindset to ensure accuracy and quality in all sales-related activities.
