Commercial Maintenance Technician
Overview
The Maintenance Technician is responsible under the general supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor for all phases of general repair maintenance, the physical condition of the property, and the preventative maintenance programs of the property; to ensure that the property is maintained in good physical condition with a stabilized fiscal operation.
Location: Commercial properties in Northwest Indiana
Hours: Monday – Friday, 7:30am – 4pm EST. On-call required.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service – The technician will work directly with tenants on work order processing. This interior and exterior scopes of work.
  • Curb Appeal – Strong curb appeal attracts and sells. This role is responsible for upkeep of the exterior including grounds, trash, and snow removal.
  • Preventative Maintenance – We must be proactive with preventative maintenance of the facility to ensure the asset is protected. This includes inspections, monthly preventative measures, etc.
  • Work Orders – Work orders range from something as simple as changing a lightbulb to more complex orders such as replacing an HVAC system. Bradley Company will provide training and mentorship in this role.
