Corndance Tavern / Evil Czech Brewery/ Jesus Latin Grill & Tequila Bar

MFG is a growing mulit-concept restaurant group, currently with 4 restaurant concepts located Mishawaka, IN; Corndance Tavern, Bourbon & Butcher, Evil Czech Brewery and Jesús Latin Grill & Tequila Bar. Carnegie Library Special Events is our private event space seating up to 175 guests and is located in the upper level of Jesús. Our butcher shop provides locally sourced meats while our commissary kitchen produces house-made product for each of our restaurant locations. With 4 different concepts in 3 locations, there is definitely something for every personality!

Our butcher shop and commissary kitchen are at the very heart of our company, providing amazing baked goods, desserts and Dry Aged Steaks, as well as many other house-made products to our restaurants. If you are looking for a fun and dynamic position, this is the spot for you. Experience preferred but not necessary, if you are willing to learn, we would love to teach you. Qualified candidates must have a valid drives license and ability to be on company insurance for making deliveries in the company van.

Qualifications:

• Ability to work a flexible schedule (up to 6 days)
• Be able to work under cold temperatures
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs. occasionally
• Ability to move up to 100 lbs.
• Great communication skills
• Ability to troubleshoot effectively
• Detail-oriented with good organizational skills
• Must be willing to learn meat cutting processes- boxed meat & prime cuts
• Valid drivers licenses

Responsibilities:

• Reporting directly to butcher shop manager
• Butchery/ baking/ prep
• Deliveries- driving finished product to our restaurants (all located in Mishawaka)
• Dishes & cleaning kitchen and butcher shop
• Filling orders placed by restaurants
• Adhering to all safe food handling specifications

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
