Position Summary:

Supports the Community Standards Manager in day-to-day operations. Conducts routine home/lot inspections (exterior only) community-wide to ensure compliance and due process enforcement of the Community documents. Interfaces with homeowners to resolve violations and complaints. Follows through to ensure issues are resolved and provide answers to general inquiries as they relate to the Covenants of Willowsford.

Essential Functions:

· Perform weekly curb appeal inspections for approximately 700 homes

· Conduct comprehensive inspections and record/verify approval for exterior inventory of each lot

· Review lot files and compare contents with conditions/improvements noted during inspection

· Prepare and distribute all violation notices as required using templates in Caliber

· Perform follow up inspections of violations and record updates/next steps in Caliber

· Ensure all correspondence, record keeping, and property files are updated and maintained in Caliber and in the resident database

· Other duties as assigned that logically coincide with the above or are generally within the scope of the position

Knowledge & Skills:

· Exhibit attention to detail, problem solving skills and outstanding customer service, leadership communication and interpersonal skills

· Responsive to the community residents, exhibits confidence in providing guidance and in making informed recommendations

· Contributes to an atmosphere of teamwork and camaraderie with staff

· Ability to read and interpret documents, guidelines, site and architectural plans

· Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and bring each to a successful conclusion

· Working knowledge of Caliber, MS Office, Outlook, Word and Excel

· Must possess a valid driver’s license and have use of personal transportation

Education and Experience:

· Homeowners Association (HOA) experience preferred

· Familiarity with covenants and due process procedures for HOAs

· Prior experience in providing high level, resort style customer service

· At a minimum, high school diploma (or equivalent)

Abilities Required:

· Typical dexterity of hands and fingers, ability to see, distinguish color and hear

· Typical physical strength and mobility to handle routine office materials, tools, moving from place to place and objects up to 25 lbs.

Other Requirements:

· Dependable personal vehicle

· Good driving record

Prior Community Standards experience (preferred)

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $22.00 per hour
