Position OverviewThe Compensation Specialist will support the execution of the People Services/Compensation strategy and work directly with the Manager, Compensation to ensure that compensation plans are competitive and support Aveanna Healthcare’s overall reward structure.
Essential Job Functions
Assists with compensation activities
Assists with creating job descriptions
Provides excellent customer service and support to internal customers including key business partners and leaders.
May assist with distributing field incentives plan documents via DocuSign
Requirements
Experienced user of Microsoft Excel with the ability to create formulas and calculations. Experience in other software programs, including but not limited to Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Power Point.
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
Eagerness to learn and develop compensation aptitude
Ability to work in a complex and fast-paced environment.
