Compliance Officer- Ventana Lakes POA (Sun City, AZ)
- A clean driving record
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Work well in a team environment
- Excellent organizational and computer skills
- Be familiar with Microsoft Office products for letters to homeowners
- Experience in HOA property management or property inspections is preferred
- Learn the community's CC&Rs and Rules & Regulations
- Establish drive order for inspection schedule
- Conduct drive through inspections noting any property violations as well as common area issues
- Follow Board and/or Manager requests in regard to Compliance enforcement
- Ability to consistently project a positive image of the Company.
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment, while handling interruptions as part of the routine.
- Strong team player, willing to help out and assist others when needed.
