Pasadena Yacht & Country club is looking to add a team member to our diversified staff. Ideal candidate would be able to perform the following task and duties.
- Answer phone an email inquiries from potential guests in a timely and respectful manner
- Greet guests and visitors warmly and make them feel welcome
- Offer restaurant and activity recommendations and assist guests
- Receive and redirect mail, phone calls, packages, etc
- Ensure that guest spaces and lobby are clean and tidy at all times
- Act as a liaison between guests and any department necessary including the kitchen, housekeeping, etc
- Anticipate guests needs in order to accommodate them and provide an exceptional guest experience
- Maintain inventory of supplies and order new stock as needed
- Proficiency ins outlook, Excel, Microsoft office and Jonas Club management a must
- Must maintain a professional appearance
- Proficiency in Canva and marketing a plus
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $16.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

- Gulfport, FL 33707: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

- Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
