Requirements:

• Must be professional, personable, and articulate with a strong desire to provide an insanely excellent level of customer service
• Previous experience in customer service related field required.
• Experience in healthcare setting preferred.
• Exceptionally strong customer service orientation, presence and perspective.
• Knowledge of customer service strategies and tactics.
• Excellent ability to communicate effectively with patients, visitors, and staff at all levels of the organization.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills and phone etiquette.
