We are looking for someone with real estate experience (has real estate license) who is looking to help manage and grow our referral exchange. ROOF connects qualified homeowners with real estate agents across the country to facilitate transactions. This role will be connecting homeowners with agents to ensure the success of a sale.
ROOF Real Estate is a Lead Generation and Referral platform for Realtors and a full Concierge Service for people looking to buy or sell a home.
We are based in downtown Sarasota but operate across the state of Florida and will be launching in new markets nationally as we grow.
We are looking for someone that can come into the office a few times a week but can also work remotely, as the majority of the work will be online and over the phone. We are very flexible with time as long as the tasks get done and our goals are met :)
*Please note that ROOF Real Estate is also a brokerage licensed in the state of Florida and operates as such under Florida Law.
About the Job
What is a Concierge Realtor?
A ROOF Concierge Realtor is a licensed Real Estate agent that holds an active license, preferably in Florida, that can help answer questions, find information on listings, guide our customers through the buying and selling process and connect them to the BEST Lender and/or Realtor for them.

Day to Day
You will act as a personal Concierge to our customers that are looking to buy or sell a home and a Lead Connector to local Real Estate Agents and Lenders.
Your Daily Goal: Successfully and consistently engage and refer leads to partner agents and lenders in the ROOF Network.
Your job will require:
- Communicating with leads, customers, agents and lenders
- Connecting/Referring buyers and sellers to a lender or agent in their area
- Managing customer and agent or lender relationships
- Receiving calls from customer leads
- Taking set appointments with customer leads
- Tracking status of referrals and deals
- Working within our Monday.com system for all updates
- Communicating internally with team members
- Attending our weekly meeting in office
- Use of Outlook, Gmail, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, Zoom, Calendly, Google Voice, Monday.com, Stellar MLS and Matrix, and additional CRM's
- A phone, laptop and a solid internet connection if not in the office
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- Customer Service
- Sales (Inbound/outbound calling, Retail, AE, ISA, etc)
- Real Estate Industry experience or knowledge
- Strong phone communication skills
- Understanding of sales funnels
- Detailed note taking
- Positive attitude :)
- Works well as a team and can work independently
- Self-Organization and time management skills
- Experience with Google Suite and Microsoft Suite, Zoom, Calendly, Monday.com, Real Estate lead gen platforms or CRM's like Boomtown
- Proficiency in Stellar MLS and Matrix
