Walker Methodist Place is an established and elegant senior living community offering housing with services and located in a quiet southwest Minneapolis neighborhood.
Walker Methodist Place is recruiting for a Concierge/Receptionist to manage the front desk phone and interact with clients and customers via phone and in person.

Schedule:
30 hours a week - 3:00 pm - 9:00 pm
Minimum qualifications:
- High level of professionalism and personal standard of a positive attitude, behavior and appearance
- Communicate effectively and provide outstanding customer service with the ability to speak clearly and distinctly
- Sensitivity to resident needs and the ability to build positive relationships
- Ability to embrace our values of respect, imagination and collaboration
- Prioritize, organize, problem solve and meet deadlines and goals
- Deal with emergencies calmly and effectively
- High School diploma or equivalent
- One year of experience in a receptionist/customer service-related position and basic computer skills
- Ability to live Walker Methodist's Customer Service Principles
