Job Summary
The Conference Center Supervisor is responsible for providing managerial oversight of a ServiceSource team delivering concierge and office support services for the Federal Aviation Administration Conference Center and Auditorium to include: 8 training rooms; 17 conference rooms; a concierge desk; a SCIF conference area; a business center; and a joint use pre-function area.
Primary Duties

- Responsible for coordinating all required facilities and equipment accommodations per client’s requests. As per the Performance Work Statement (PWS), we are responsible for providing AV, VTC, or catering services. Conference center supervisor and staff are responsible, however, for ensuring requests for those services are properly coordinated and scheduled.
- Responsible for the successful delivery of concierge and office support services for the Federal Aviation Administration Conference Center and Auditorium.
- Ensures that the ServiceSource team meets the government’s service expectations as outlined in section C. 3.2 of the Federal Aviation Administration BOS Performance Work Statement.
- Manages the operation of the government provided electronic scheduling system or any scheduling system used until government system is provided.
- Manages the collection, scheduling and coordination of Conference Center requests.
Additional Responsibilities
- Ensures the proper setup of furniture and room configuration for all rooms.
- Manages the operation of the business center to include the monitoring of fax and copy machine usage.
- Coordinates support for any customer requirements during the use of the Conference Center facilities.
- Communicates directly with his or her manager in the event that a customer's requirements are not covered in the normal scope of services; communicates this information to the COR in the event that his or her manager is not available.
- Coordinates required training to ensure the Conference Center team is knowledgeable in the operation of all systems and equipment.
- Provides all Government and management required operational and performance data. Recommends solutions to problems encountered in the operation of the Conference Center.
- Continually reviews and improves documented operating procedures to increase productivity and efficiency.
- Creates and modifies procedure documentation as necessary.
- Attends management team meetings as required.
- Perform other responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications: Education, Experience, and Certification(s)
- High school diploma or General Educational Development (GED) is required.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Must have 4 to 7 years of high-level administrative support experience with extensive knowledge in meeting planning preferred.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a government issued clearance.

- Ability to effectively present information to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
- Advanced skills operating a computer using Microsoft Office software.
