Primary Responsibilities:

This position will focus on the compensation fuctional area within Total Rewards, which include the following responsibilities:

All Functional Areas

  • Promotes “People First” culture throughout the respective organization; exhibits and encourages exceptional performance and teamwork across the HR&C organization
  • Fosters culture of accountability, trust, collaboration, development, and results consistent with the short and longterm objectives of the HR&C organization
  • Owns strategic relationships with vendors

Compensation

1 Serves as support for HR Solution Center Tier II employees with complex employee queries in regard to compensation and executive compensation plans and programs

2.Serves as subject matter expert for compensation plan designs, governance and compliance including market competitiveness

3.Coordinates governance related to compensation plans and market analysis to ensure competitive based programs

4.Responsible for compensation knowledge transfer within the HR Solution Center with existing programs, when new initiatives or changes are introduced, or when programs are eliminated

May perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Education - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (6 years) preferred

Experience - Minimum 2 years of related work experience
