About This Role
As a Scheduling Coordinator, your job duties include, but are not limited to, maintaining an organized schedule for customers and applicable company representatives while communicating effectively and properly documenting work orders and other documents. We are looking for someone with great organizational skills, is adaptable to a fast-paced environment, and works well with deadlines.
Overall Responsibilities
- Coordinate the installation schedule with the customer and Sales Representative
- Managing regional calendars to ensure all crews and offices are meeting minimum expectations
- Proactively communicate with local Office Managers and technicians at regular intervals to properly set and maintain expectations
- Obtain and review all necessary documentation for a removal and reinstall project
- Drive field satisfaction by providing an exceptional experience
- Maintain a professional composure in stressful situations and de-escalate customers
- Review all work orders to ensure proper documentation is on file
- Implement business rules via stored procedures, middleware, or other technologies
- Perform other needed job tasks as requested by leadership
Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Knowledge in Microsoft office (Word and Excel)
- Flexibility in a changing environment and contributing positively to the team
- Highly motivated
