• Assist construction crew with various tasks, such as carrying materials, operating tools and equipment, and performing general labor duties
• Load and unload construction materials and equipment from trucks and other vehicles
• Clean and prepare construction sites by removing debris, hazardous materials, and other obstacles
• Set up and maintain construction site safety barriers, warning signs, and other safety equipment
• Operate hand and power tools under the supervision of experienced crew members
• Follow all safety regulations and procedures on construction sites
• Collaborate with other workers to complete construction projects on time and within budget

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in construction or related field preferred, but not required
• Willingness to learn and perform a variety of tasks
• Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team environment
• Good communication skills
• Physical ability to lift and carry heavy materials and perform manual labor
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
