The Accelerate Auto Group Companies and DBAndrea (Designs by Andrea) are seeking an experienced, witty, and creative Content Creator with deep expertise primarily in TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, and podcasts to join our very fast-growing automotive and art businesses! This person will be responsible for ideating, creating, and editing content for multiple brands: Accelerate Auto Group Companies (Accelerate Auto Repair, Don’t Trade It In, FAST.CARS), DBAndrea (Designs By Andrea), and our founders’ personal brands.

Organic social accounts will be the primary focus — mainly TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Instagram Reels. The ideal candidate has a passion for creating video content with a focus on engagement and growth for a company on the platforms.

They will have creative ideas, understand platform trends, have great video editing skills, and a fun, positive attitude. You should be knowledgeable of the latest social trends and enjoy creating and experimenting with them in the app in unexpected ways that are also on brand.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Work with our marketing manager to make Reels, Shorts, TikTok videos, longer videos and podcasts
• Help build and manage the company's social media profiles and presence on TikTok, YouTube and Instagram
• Create shareable content that is in line with our overall marketing strategy
• Brainstorm campaign ideas to engage audiences

Qualifications:

• The right candidate has working knowledge and experience with Tik Tok, YouTube and Instagram and has the skills to create great content
• You love storytelling on TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram
• You have a passion for content marketing
• 3 years of social media management
• 1-3 years of Tik Tok experience (personal or business)
• Intermediate or advanced experience with Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok
• Excellent communication (written, oral, interpersonal) and grammar skills
• Proven self-starter with the ability to juggle priorities and manage expectations
• Working towards acquiring a Bachelor's degree in relevant studies, preferably in advertising, marketing, or business fields

Roles, Responsibilities, and Expectations:

• Develop new and creative highly engaging content to grow our TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram audiences
• Be one of the faces of our company on TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram to promote and highlight trending/relevant topics for brand awareness, follower growth, and sales conversion
• Work alongside our in-house marketing manager to ensure that content is aligned with brand aesthetics and identity
• Keep up with the latest social media trends, including but not limited to news, memes, celebrities, music, etc.
• Strong creativity and video skills, as well as a knowledge of the social media and influencer space
• Extremely tech-savvy with strong communication skills
• High-level understanding of TikTok, YouTube, Podcasting, and Instagram platforms and audio/video editing
• Knowledgeable and up-to-date in different social media trends and best practices
• Able to create various videos each day
• Committed to brand growth

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
