Compensation Temp – Position Requirements
-Ability to analyze data/information, summarize and present results
-Ability to research internet and obtain data/information
-Knowledge of HRIS, creating reports a plus
-Ability to communicate with other depts. To clarify, confirm and resolve issues.
-Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
-Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
-Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
-Very Good Microsoft Excel skills
-Good Microsoft Office skills
-Good customer service and problem solving skills
-B.A. in Business, HR or Associates degree with 1 – 3 yrs work experience
-prior/current HR experience preferred
Job Types: Contract, Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

- Chappaqua, NY: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
