Contract Office Clerk in Hanover, PA - $16/hour!
Job description
Our client, a highly reputable company within the consumer goods industry, is seeking an Office Clerk to join their team in Hanover, PA! The ideal candidate will have strong multi-tasking and organizational skills!
About You:
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 1+ year of experience in a professional office setting, internships included!
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Incredible verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to adapt and be flexible in a fast environment
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite
Day to Day:
- Answer incoming phone calls professionally and forward inquiries to the correct party
- Maintain office supply and inventory as well as incoming mail
- Assist in coordinating and planning various meetings
- Review and process sensitive documentation
- Accurately input all data into Microsoft Excel
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and report maintenance issues to vendors and suppliers
- Assist staff in office administration tasks as required
