What We’re Looking For

Trillium Health Resources is seeking a dedicated Contracts Coordinator to join our Contracts & Training Department. This position is responsible for monitoring contracts with network providers and vendors in accordance with guidelines set forth within the contract. Monitoring of the contract ensures compliance with the contract, state and federal regulations, as well as our agency’s policies and procedures. The Contracts Coordinator position is the lead for their assigned providers and vendors and will assist them, as needed, in resolving billing or other contractual problems including referrals to Practice Management.

On a typical day, you might:

  • Review submitted documentation and the request of Contract for completeness with the assigned Contract Administrator for accuracy.
  • Be available to provide technical assistance and guidance, facilitate communication, and possible inclusion on various committees as necessary to achieve positive outcomes in quality, efficiency and overall performance.
  • Evaluate the quality, effectiveness and efficiency of assigned contracts through annual goal setting and quarterly review of the status of goal attainment.
  • Report, on an annual basis, provider and vendor compliance with contract requirements, and recommending whether contract should continue as is or change.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s Degree required.

Experience: Three (3) years’ experience working in a business, health care or behavioral health care setting or environment where contracts and subcontracts are used extensively to provide services; or equivalent of higher education or higher education/ experience.

License/Certification: None Identified.

Must have a valid driver’s license

Must live in North Carolina to be considered for remote status.
