Convenience Store Manager

ProVision Partners has an employment opportunity as the Cenex Convenience Store Manager for our Granton Cenex location.

Responsible for working closely with all employees in an effort to ensure all company policies and procedures are being followed, department goals and objectives are being obtained, and employee’s needs are being met. Contributes to store sales and profitability by effectively managing all aspects of department operations, to include but not limited to: labor, accurate pricing, stock levels, merchandising, and customer service.

Ideal candidates should have prior convenience store or other retail experience. The position is responsible for the profitability, sales, and merchandising, reporting, purchasing, pricing, inventory control, maintenance and professional operation.

Qualifications
The Convenience Store Manager position requires the need to provide exceptional customer service by treating all customers and co-workers with dignity and respect. Must be self-motivated, energetic and customer service oriented. Ability to efficiently operate a cash register and accurately handle all forms of payment transactions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour

Experience:

• Customer service: 2 years (Preferred)
• Retail management: 1 year (Preferred)
