Chefs

We are seeking experienced Chefs; Prep Cooks, Line Cooks and general kitchen staff. Back of house associates will be responsible for receiving deliveries, preparing and presenting food to delight our guests, and keeping an immaculately clean kitchen.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous culinary experience preferred

• Highly responsible and reliable

• 18 years of age or older

• Ability to communicate in English effectively, both orally and in writing

• Able to push, pull, lift and/or carry up to 50 pounds

• Prepare all food items consistently and adhering to all recipe standards

• Maintain a safe working environment by using proper food-handling skills and following food safety guidelines

• Complete kitchen tasks such as line setup, food preparation and breakdown

• Maintain kitchen equipment

• Ability to work eight-hour shifts, with extensive standing/walking.

• Delivering a consistently high level of service for every order

• Working well under intense time pressure

• Ensuring that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion.

• Maintaining a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers
