Do you love seniors? We do and we want you to come work with us! The Arbors Assisted Living at Bohemia is looking to hire a Full Time cook.

Tues-Sat 12pm-8pm

Responsibilities:

-Prepare all served food
-Plan food production to coordinate with meal serving hours
-Follow standard recipes and special diet orders
-Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
-Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes
-Assist in receiving deliveries, checking for temperature, properly storing and date-marking perishables
-Clean and maintain kitchen equipment, utensils and appliances

Qualifications
- Previous experience in restaurant cooking preferred
- Knowledge of kitchen equipment and cooking techniques
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work well in teams
