Mitsubishi Electric Trane HVAC US LLC is looking for a Warehouse Administrative Coordinator in Suwanee, GA.

POSITION SUMMARY:

Under daily supervision, this position is responsible for providing administrative support to distribution center operations and staff.

The essential functions of the position include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Prints open bill of ladings, audits and disperses to distribution center staff for processing and
  • shipping
  • Audits shipped bill of ladings and process them in SAP to update inventory and shipping information
  • Determines freight charges and inputs into SAP
  • Schedules inbound deliveries and shipments with outside trucking companies
  • Checks in drivers and assigns them to proper dock doors for loading\offloading
  • Handles routine internal customer calls dealing with status, expediting details, tracking numbers and
  • other customer service related issues
  • Assist Distribution Center Manager with routine operational, scheduling and special projects
  • Acts as a distribution center liaison with other departments
  • Remains vigilant and cognizant of all potential theft or loss situations.
  • Follows all CTPAT guidelines while completing work assignments and duties.

The non-essential functions of the position include, but arw not limited to the following:

  • Assist with special projects as needed
  • Perform other job functions as assigned.

Education/Experience/Training:

  • 1+ year of warehouse, administrative, customer service or support experience.
  • Excellent communication an organization skills
  • Good customer service skills

The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $18.85 and $25.92/hour; however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including commissions based on achieving individual performance and/or sales metrics, incentive compensation and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these additional compensation and benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.

If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
