Compensation & Benefits:
- $62k to $83k in your first year (depending on experience and performance)

Main Responsibilities in this Position:

1. Onsite Installation Leadership – by assisting crew members to ensure the roof is removed, prepared and installed in a safe, professional and efficient manner meeting our quality standards

2. Effective Communication – by continually informing the office productive team about project timelines, issues and material updates

3. Build & Maintain Positive Relationships with Customers – by communicating with customers daily, answering their questions and giving updates when necessary

4. Use Technology Effectively – by using checklists in Acculynx, Trello to update material needs and job notes to ensure all projects meet budget expectations

5. Be a Team Player – Attend weekly meetings and trainings to continually develop your skills and provide valuable input to the company

Employment Requirements:
Prior work experience: At least 3 years of leadership experience to fully understand how to do a basic start-to-finish roof installation (preferred but not required)
Educational degrees: High School Diploma (or equivalent)
Physical requirements: Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 80 lbs, climb ladders, walk on roofs and enter crawl spaces and tight attics
Skill Requirements: Computer literacy with experience in using software like Acculynx, and Trello (and MS Excel, Word, Outlook, smartphone, etc.)
Miscellaneous requirements: Valid Driver’s License and insurable to drive a company vehicle

Working Conditions:
Hours: Monday – Friday 6 AM to 4:30 PM (hours will vary but expect to work at least 40+ hour a week)
