RESPONSIBILITIES:


Essential functions –


  • Responsible for executing the day-to-day programming, configuration, support, maintenance, and improvement of the Slate platform.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Enrollment Management, Director of Admissions, CIO, and other offices to identify requirements influencing the set up and daily activities associated with Slate CRM.
  • Create, update, and maintain all Slate-hosted applications and forms to ensure the accuracy and support of strategic initiatives.
  • Maintain and update all application decision processes, including checklists per population, reader bins and forms, print and electronic admission and scholarship letters, and releasing admission decisions in Slate CRM.
  • Manage operational flow of application processing and communications plan; coordinates all communication generation and mailings with the Director of Enrollment Management and Director of Admissions.
  • Participate in meetings related to development, implementation, and assessment of Strategic Enrollment Management plans.
  • Work with vendors on data sharing and strategy.
  • Ensure users have access and training to utilize Slate CRM.
  • Work with the Director of Admissions and Director of Enrollment Management to complete annual cycle prep work in Slate CRM on required deadlines.
  • Analyze all imported data at each stage of the funnel for consistency and accuracy and reconcile data to maximize opportunities for growth.
  • Routinely assess critical data points needed or missing.
  • Work with CIO to ensure successful data migration occurs.
  • Reconcile data to ensure that student records are updated appropriately.
  • Serve as primary technical liaison and College’s project manager with integration vendors/partners.
  • Act as the primary liaison for Slate CRM and operations-related functions with all enrollment management units and other campus partners.
  • With the support of the Director of Enrollment Management, provide general training to new Slate CRM users as part of their onboarding process.
  • Evaluate and recommend new technology used for operational and recruiting efficiencies.
  • Engage in online (Slate Festival) and in-person (Slate Summit) training with follow-up presentations and reports on innovative initiatives to move HutchCC forward.
  • Arrive for work on time, attend work regularly, and successfully complete the responsibilities of the position.
  • Comply with HutchCC policies, procedures, and practices.

Secondary –


  • Perform other responsibilities as assigned by the VP of Student Services, Director of Enrollment Management and Director of Admissions.

QUALIFICATIONS:


Required –


  • Baccalaureate degree required. Master’s degree preferred.
  • Work collaboratively, effectively, and professionally with students, faculty, administrators and potential stakeholders/employers.
  • Communicate effectively with individuals from diverse ethnic, racial, socioeconomic, gender, and disabilities populations.
  • Maintain confidentiality in a student-centered environment.
  • Physical requirements include: Possess excellent verbal, written, and listening communication skills; ability to understand words and respond effectively and appropriately; Visual acuity to view a computer terminal; Use appropriate judgment and apply tact and courtesy in difficult situations; may sit/stand at a computer for extended periods; sedentary to light/indoor work environment.

SALARY and STATUS:


The salary is commensurate with qualifications as determined by the HutchCC administration. This full-time administrative staff position is 12 months annual/261 work days per year, benefit eligible, at-will, and exempt.
