BEPC has an open position for a Sales Development Curriculum Developer/ Training Analyst

Location: Plano, TX (Hybrid)
Contract W2 Period: 1 year contract with possibilities for extensions
Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision and Life Insurance
Pay Range: $40 – 50/hr.

What teams will you be interacting with?

The resource will interact with Sales Development and Training, Retail Products, Insurance Products, Marketing, Legal, Enterprise Compliance, Sales Operations, Sales Technology and Field associates.

Ideal fit:

The ideal candidate will be a quick learner who is proficient in the following:

· MS Office applications

· Articulate 360/Storyline

· Adobe Creative Cloud

· Camtasia

· Snag It

Additional Benefit if they know:

· Adobe Captivate

Candidate must be very detail oriented, as a significant portion of the responsibilities will involve creating, proofing and editing training content. This person should be highly creative in the design and development of training materials with intermediate to expert level developer skills in eLearning software. The candidate should be comfortable with identifying and communicating opportunities to improve training support processes.

Summary of Job:

The contingent would be expected to:

· Assist in the needs analyses to identify specific learning opportunities

· Utilize instructional design skills to gather content, design, and develop e-Learning, video, instructor-led and blended learning training modules.

· Design and develop e-Learning/videos from ideation through storyboarding and development.

· Design and develop training materials including facilitator guides, participant materials, quick reference guides, games, and collaborate with team members for implementation.

· Update existing materials when program or process changes.

· Ensure materials are compliant with the branded style guide

· Modify content per direction of Sales Development and Training and/or other stakeholders

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour
