Represent Aubuchon Homes with prospects and the public. Aubuchon Homes is a nationally awarded luxury design-build firm that specializes in waterfront properties in Southwest Florida. Located in the heart of downtown Cape Coral, Aubuchon Homes has built nearly 600 homes since 1992 – never 2 the same! They’ve garnered more than 400 local and national design awards while also supporting more than 100 local community organizations over the past three decades.

As a FULL-TIME Custom Home Specialist, you will be responsible for following up with new home prospects by phone, e-mail and in person. You will engage with potential clients at the Aubuchon Homes corporate office and at community events including some nights and weekends to build new relationships and opportunities. Prior sales experience is a plus. Aubuchon Homes provides strong training and leadership for this position. The ideal professional candidate is career-minded, possesses strong communication skills, is comfortable with technology, is organized, and team focused. Custom Home Specialist responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

· Position hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 am- 5:00 pm

· Possess a winning personality and positive attitude

· Ability to present high quality design and construction services to prospects

· Excellent follow up with new home prospects by phone, email and in person

· Engage with potential clients at the office and at community events. May include some evening and/or weekend work.

· Excellent communication skills and ability to listen, process and respond promptly and professionally

· Strong self-initiative with the ability to lead

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
